School Site Council


School Site Council (SSC) is comprised of the Principal, One Classified Staff Member, Three Certificated Staff Members, One Community Member and Four Parents. The purpose of SSC is to:

  • Develop and recommend the school improvement plan.
  • Have ongoing responsibility to review with the principal, teachers and other school personnel the implementation of the school improvement plan and to assess periodically
  • Annually review the school improvement plan, establish a new school improvement budget consistent with the Education Code, and if necessary, make modifications to reflect changing improvement, needs and priorities. 
  • Take other action as required by the Education Code.

If you are interested in learning more about School Site Council please feel free to join one of our meetings.  Meetings are held the last Thursday of each month.
